Public notice for the search of candidacies for n. 1 three-year assignment as Program Manager for Tech4You s.c.a.r.l. as part of the Tech4You project “Technologies for climate change adaptation and quality of life improvement “.
TECH4YOU S.C. A R.L. is a limited liability consortium company, non-profit, established on 14 June 2022 for the realization of the project's innovation ecosystem Tech4You, “Technologies for climate change adaptation and quality of life improvement”.
The project Tech4You was presented in response to "Public notice for the presentation of intervention proposals for the creation of 12 Innovation ecosystems on the national territory to be financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Mission 4 Component 2 Investment 1.5 - Creation and strengthening of "innovation ecosystems", construction of “territorial leaders of R&S” (DD 3277 of the 30.12.2021) - funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU” (ECS Notice) and provides for a contribution of approximately € 119.000.000.
The ECS Notice provides for a governance structure of the "hub / spoke" funded projects, where the hub manages the administrative part and acts as an interface with the MUR, while he spoke, with their affiliates, carry out research activities and interface with the hub for the disbursement of funds and the reporting of expenses.
TECH4YOU S.C. A R.L. operates as Hub for the Tech4You ecosystem.
The paragraph 7 dell’Art. 4 of the aforementioned Notice expressly provides that "The Hub, in order to carry out the activities referred to in the previous paragraph (6), identifies a program / research manager and equips itself with an adequate organization (Board of Directors and / or Scientific Committee)”.
The paragraph 6 dell’art. 4 quoted provides as follows:
“The Hub represents the single point of contact for the implementation of the Innovation Ecosystem towards the MUR. It carries out the management and coordination activities of the innovation ecosystem, receives the tranches of concessions granted, verifies and transmits to the MUR the reporting of the activities carried out by the Spokes and their affiliates. “
The Concession Regulations (annex D to the concession decree no. 2049 of the 23.06.2022) provides among the obligations of the implementing body listed in Art. 3 that of "appoint a program / research manager and have an adequate organization” (like sth).
