Great success for the conference on patent technology transfer

The conference "Technology Transfer: the process” organized in collaboration with Bugnion S.p.A. it was a great success, attracting the attention of the world of research and business.

The event, held on 24 January 2023 at theUniversity of Catanzaro Magna Graecia Studies, offered the opportunity to discuss the latest trends and strategies regarding the technology transfer of patents in the sector life sciences. 

Technology transfer is a topic of great importance for the biotechnology and medicine sector, as it allows to enhance the research projects and any patents related to them, until reaching the market.

Speakers shared their knowledge and experience on the subject, highlighting the importance of the technology transfer strategy to attract the interest of investment funds and large companies.

In particular, it was highlighted how the acquisition of patents can represent a competitive advantage for the players in the sector, allowing you to protect innovations and avoid unfair competition. Patenting an invention can attract the interest of investors and large companies, offering them the opportunity to get hold of a unique and protected invention all over the world.

During the course of the event, A number of successful cases of patent technology transfer in the industry have been presented, demonstrating how this strategy can be effective in turning scientific innovations into successful commercial products.
