The phase of the three products testing, alone or in combination, It has shown that foods are able to influence bone turnover, reducing the levels of markers of bone resorption and increasing those of neoplasm . It also demonstrated that the products possess antioxidant properties, therefore suitable for menopausal women with osteoporosis and potentially able to reduce the risk of fractures.
In addition to medical and scientific value, the results obtained allow to translate the innovation also in commercial terms, thanks to the location of the results in the specific markets and the opportunity to create new partnerships with local industry.
