Invitalia – Patents +, Brands+ and Designs+ new incentives for the protection of intellectual property 2023
The Ministry of Business and Made in Italy has recently a new announcement has been published to support businesses and professionals who invest in the protection of their intellectual property.
It started, with the publication in the Official Journal of the resource planning decree for 2023, the path for the reopening of tendersPatents +, Designs+ and Trademarks+, as envisaged by the strategic lines of intervention on industrial property for the three-year period 2021-2023.
The overall financial endowment is 32 million euro. Icontributions, to be allocated to SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) they are thus divided:
- 20 million per Patents +
- 10 million per Drawings +
- 2 million per Brands +
