Green New Deal Italiano: what it foresees
Funded decarbonization and circular economy projects. Giorgetti: "Our task is to protect the productive sustainability of the industry".
From 10 of the 17 November 2022 all businesses that carry out business industrial, agroindustriali, craftswomen, of industry services e research centers, they will be able to request concessions and grants to create new production processes, products and services, or significantly improve existing ones, in order to achieve the objectives of:
- decarbonization
- circular economy
- reduction of the use of plastic and replacement of plastic with alternative materials
- urban regeneration
- sustainable tourism
- adaptation and mitigation of risks on the territory deriving from climate change
With 750 million euro – from the Fund for Sustainable Growth (FCS), managed by Mediocredito Centrale, and on the Revolving Fund to support businesses and investments in research (FRI), managed by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti – i projects which involve investments, not less than 3 millions and not exceeding 40 millions, to be carried out on the national territory.
Green New Deal Italia: how to submit the application
Businesses, also in joint form with each other, they will be able to submit applications exclusively online through the site https://fondocrescitasostenibile.mcc.it , where a precompilation phase will be activated starting from the next one 4 November.
There are two procedures, one at the counter for projects from 3 a 10 millions (max three participants) and an evaluation for projects from 10 a 40 millions (max 5 participants) with the possibility for the projects of the negotiated procedure that during the evaluation phase they should fall below the threshold to pass, upon explicit request, to the counter procedure. The ceiling is divided equally between the two procedures.
Each participant can submit only one project both individually and jointly in each of the two procedures in a period of time of 365 days.
The originality of the research activities, development and innovation is evaluated with respect to the international context of international reference or to the national one for SMEs.
It is possible to have an advance equal to 30% of the admitted costs.
