The announcement is online for funding for vouchers to take a University Masters qualification I and II level for 2017 which provides a maximum contribution of € 4 thousand euros, for the total or partial coverage of the tuition costs of a yearly Master’s degree in Italy, first or second level, provided by a public or private legally recognised Italian university, or yearly Asfor accredited Masters in Italy, within a University Masters degree, first and second level.
Through a commitment of approximately 1,2 million euro, from For Calabria 2014-2020 funding, the intervention supports the strengthening of graduates’ training and skills, even those who are already employed, to facilitate their introduction or re-introduction in the labour market by contributing, at the same time, to the improved awareness of the way professional activities are carried out.
The voucher application may be submitted for registration fees for the Masters’ academic year 2016/2017, either already started or to be started by the 31st May 2017 (for which the final exam has not yet been taken), that should be completed with a final certificate by the 31st December 2018. They are also eligible for funding for the advanced training courses accessed online. Requests may be sent by email from 12th April 2017 until 12th May 2017, accessible from the Calabria Europe website platform. The Calabria Region itself also adopted an initiative to give more substance and solidity to support the right to education by putting in place scholarships for the academic year 2016/2017 intended for students at an economic disadvantage, and deserving candidates from the University of Calabria in Rende, Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria and the University Magna Graecia.
